How to Make BBQ Sriracha Ribs

This recipe is made up for 6 servings, so invite your friends to taste. Still confuse how to make it? Just prepare the ingredients below and follow the directions.
- 2 racks of uncooked ribs (for about 6-8 pieces)
- 1 ½ tsp of smoked paprika
- ½ cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp of ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp of salt
- ½ tsp of garllic powder
- ½ tsp of onion powder
- ½ tsp of cayenne
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (homemade or your favorite product)
- 1 tbsp of pure honey
- 3 tsp of Sriracha sauce (you can add more to create more spicy level)
1Make the dry rub. Combine some ingredients in a medium size bowl, there are brown sugar, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, salt, cayenne, onion and garlic powder. Whisk them until combine well. Dry the ribs racks using paper towel. Tap and press the dry rub into racks of ribs. Spread evenly on the rack. Put in large baking sheet and store in refrigerator overnight.
2Prepare the oven and preheat over 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the ribs with foil wrapped for about 2 ½ hours. Remove the ribs and allow them cool before remove the foil. After removing, put in a plate and set aside. Next, make the sauce to completed the ribs.
3In a medium bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, sriracha sauce and pure honey. Dab evenly into the ribs. Put into heated grill and grilling for about 5-10 minutes per pieces or until burnt. Remove from the grill and place in a plate. Serve whole ribs or slice into smaller pieces.
