How to Make Corned beef hash

Ingredients:

  • 5 pounds of cooked corned beef, chopped
  • one clove of white onion, chopped finely
  • one red paprika, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of baking potatoes, grated finely
  • four eggs, large size
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and ground pepper

Directions:

1Heat the medium pan over the high heat. Using the wooden spoon add corned beef, cooked for about 3 minutes until browned. While stirring occasionally, add onion, red paprika, and potatoes. Cooked them until the bottom side is brown and become crisp. Don’t stir for about 6 minutes.

2Flip the hash until browned evenly and cook again for about 15 minutes. While the hash becomes cooked, in another pan add the butter over the medium heat, fry the eggs like sunny side up and pour the salt and pepper based on your taste. Remove and set aside.

3Add the cheddar cheese over the hash and change the heat into medium heat. Let cheese melted for about 1 minute, don’t stir. Remove from the heat and serve on some plates. Add the fried egg on each top of hash. Your special breakfast meal is ready to enjoy.
