- 5 pounds of cooked corned beef, chopped
- one clove of white onion, chopped finely
- one red paprika, chopped finely
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of baking potatoes, grated finely
- four eggs, large size
- 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 2 ounces of cheddar cheese
- Salt and ground pepper
