  • Four garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 65 gr honey
  • 100 ml ketchup (low sodium)
  • 100 ml soy sauce (low sodium)
  • A half teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 30 gr parsley
  • A half tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
