  • 1 kg of chicken thighs with the bones and the skins on
  • Salt
  • 100 gr honey
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • A tablespoon of soy sauce
  • A tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
  • 30 gr of minced garlic
  • Six cloves garlic, minced
  • Lemon slices and lemon zest
  • Green onions as the garnish, cut into slices


1First, prepare to heat the oven over 360 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 celsius-degree. While waiting for the oven to get heat, you may prepare a large shallow dish and put the chicken thighs in it. Then, season evenly with the salt on both sides of each chicken thighs.
