- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup of rice wine
- ½ cup of water
- one onion, small size, grated
- 1 Asian pear, small size, grated
- 2 tbsp of dark sesame oil
- 4 tbsp of garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp of black pepper
- two green onion, sliced thinly (for garnish)
1In a medium bowl, put the beef and pour the brown sugar evenly. Store at room temperature for about 10 minutes only. Then, make the marinade. Prepare the large bowl, add the soy sauce, rice wine, onion, pear, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, and water. Whisk them till combined well.
2Take the sealable freezer bag in large size. Put the beef into it and pour the marinade. Press the bag to bring out the excess air. Seal it and store in a refrigerator for about 4 hours. To get the great taste, it prefers to store during the overnight. After that, it’s time for grilling.
