For the Romano Chicken:

  • 225 gr chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 100 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • A beaten egg
  • Dried parsley
  • 100 gr breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil to fry

For  the Lemon Garlic Pasta:

  • 225 gr pasta like linguine or spaghetti
  • A lemon, juiced
  • three garlic cloves, minced
  • A quarter lemon, zested
  • 30 gr cold butter
  • 45 gr whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


To make the Romano Chicken:

1To begin, you need to prepare a shallow dish and fill with the grated parmesan cheese in it. Then, prepare another dish and put with the beaten egg and dried parsley in it. Mix these ingredients well. Next, take another dish and fill with the breadcrumbs.
