How to make Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken with Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

The ingredients needed to make this lemon chicken are pretty simple as well as the ingredients for the roasted broccoli. You can feed four people with the quick recipe below that only takes around one hour to make some at home.

For the chicken and marinade:

  • Four pieces of chicken breasts
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 45 ml lemon juice
  • Two garlic cloves, minced
  • A pinch of italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • To garnish you may use minced parsley and lemon slices

For the roasted broccoli:

  • 560 gr broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • A clove of garlic, minced
  • 30 gr grated parmesan cheese

1Firstly, prepare a resealable gallon bag and fill with the chicken breasts that have been flat with a meat mallet. Then, prepare a small bowl and combine some ingredients in it like oil, the lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning along with the salt and pepper. Mix well.

2Next, simply pour the marinade into the chicken in a resealable bag, seal the bag and remove the excess air. After that, rub the marinade into the chicken cubes. Then, store the resealable bag into a refrigerator to chill for around 15 minutes. You may let it rest for 4 hours to get a bold flavor.

3While marinating the chicken, you may heat the oven over 425 Fahrenheit-degree. Also, prepare a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Then, you just need to spread the broccoli florets over the 2/3 part of the baking dish.

4Go back to the marinated chicken by removing it from the bag and transfer into the 1/3 part of the baking dish. Make sure you put them into a single layer. Then, roast the chicken for around 16 to 22 minutes. Then, get it out of the oven and sprinkle the broccoli with parmesan cheese while the chicken is added to the lemon slices.

Now, you may serve your homemade Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken with Parmesan Roasted Broccoli for your family. Don’t forget to serve this immediately as a perfect dinner meal that you can make for your beloved family. Enjoy this yummy and flavorful dish until you clean the plate.
