- 2 ½ pounds of ground beef, sliced
- 3 cups of yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cups of poblano peppers, chopped
- 3 tbsp of chili powder
- 3 tbsp of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of ground cumin
- 1 tbsp of chipotle chile powder
- two bottles of Mexican lager (for about 12 oz)
- 2 ½ tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 4 cups of unsalted beef stock, sliced
- ½ cup of fresh oregano
- Two cans of plum tomatoes. peeled, drained, and crushed (for about 28 oz)

1Heat the oven over high heat and spray with cooking spray. Put the large medium skillet, add 1 ½ pounds of beef to the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes until the beef browned. Don’t forget stirring continuously to get the crumbled beef. Remove and place in a bowl. Set aside. Do this action for one ¼ pound remaining beef.
